2. LICENSE

Ossoba.com grants you a nonexclusive limited license to use the web templates and other products in accordance with these Terms and Conditions issued by Ossoba.com.

a) LIMITED USAGE GRANTED
For commercial use clients may only use each individual product on a single website, belonging to either them or their respective client. Clients have to purchase same template once more in order to make another project with the same design. For non-commercial use you are permitted to use our products to design multiple websites. If you are using our template to design website for your client project, you should let them know in advance that you will use pre-made template for a avoid possible legal disputes with your clients.

b) MODIFICATIONS
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products, after purchase, to fit your needs. The free templates contain a visible hyperlink to www.ossoba.com that you are not allowed to remove.

c) UNAUTHORIZED USE
Clients may not place any of Ossoba.com products in whole or parts of them, modified or unmodified, on a CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from Ossoba.com.

d) NONTRANSFERRABLE LICENCE
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from Ossoba.com.

e) OWNERSHIP
Clients may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of Ossoba.com products, modified or unmodified. All products remain property of Ossoba.com. You help us protect our intellectual property by preserving a link back to Ossoba.com.

f) REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Ossoba.com products are digital files, hence there are no means to physically "return" the product for a refund or exchange. Therefore we do not grant refunds. However, we will replace a damaged file with the same file, if such a request is made.

3. DISCLAIMER

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. You are responsible for adding or editing your website's content (e.g. pictures, photos, and text) to the template yourself. Technical support will be very limited to problems such as damaged files.
In no event shall Ossoba be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products. We reserve the right to modify or revise these terms of use at any time.

4. UNACCEPTABLE

Products of Ossoba.com shall not be used for websites dealing with any illegal contents.
