propblem opening the templates in PS CS

[Adobe Photoshop CS]

please help me with this problem..everytime i try opening any of ossoba templates in PS CS i get the following message "couldn't complete your request because the layer is not a valid text layer" what is the reason of this problem and how can i solve it?

All templates (.psd files) can be opened by Photoshop CS. I check the templates and there is no problem to open them with PS CS.
The only message that appearing is:
"Some text layer might need to be updated before they can be used for vector based output"
"...,some text layers contain fonts that are missing. These layers will need to have the missing fonts replaced before they
can be used for vector based output"

Click "No" if your final output is not a vector based and "Update" if the final output is vector based (example Flash(SWF)).
Install the missing fonts.
